These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DMARCViewer ("the Service"), operated by:

DMARCViewer is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help organizations understand and improve their email authentication.

You must be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to represent your organization.

If you register on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.

You retain ownership of all DMARC reports submitted to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Computernørden ApS a limited license to:

12. Forensic Reports (RUF)

RUF reports may contain personal data, including email addresses and message excerpts.

By enabling RUF delivery to DMARCViewer, you acknowledge that such personal data may be processed.

Processing is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

13. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

No uptime guarantee or Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Maintenance, updates, or infrastructure failures may temporarily interrupt availability.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

15. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, graphics, trademarks, databases, documentation and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Computernørden ApS or its licensors.

These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

16. Confidentiality

Each party shall keep confidential any non-public information obtained through the use of the Service.

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

17. Data Retention

The Company retains customer data only as necessary to provide the Service and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Following account termination, data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

30. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

The preferred venue shall be the Court of Esbjerg (Retten i Esbjerg) unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
